Before the Flight Workshop

Before the Flight: Meeting the Birds Within brought participants together for an experiential exploration of the inner patterns, attachments, fears, and tendencies the birds in Attar’s Conference of the Birds represent.

Through the lens of Sufi Psychology and the practice of Tamarkoz® method, the workshop invited each person to move beyond simply understanding the story and begin recognizing its journey within themselves.

It was a powerful reminder of what can happen when art and inner exploration meet: the story is no longer something we simply witness. It becomes a mirror.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and brought their openness, curiosity, and presence to this special experience. The workshop may have ended, but the journey it opened continues.
