What an incredible experience it was to be part of the 2023 APA Convention in Washington, DC! Our hearts are full as we reflect on the enlightening Tamarkoz and Zekr workshops, and the insightful presentation on healthcare worker burnout. Immersing ourselves in Tamarkoz practices like meditation, breath-work, and movement was truly rejuvenating. We’re grateful for everyone who joined us on this journey of self-discovery and holistic well-being. The conversations, connections, and shared moments made this event unforgettable. It was an honor to address the burnout challenges healthcare workers face and unveil the transformative impact of our program that blends Sufi Psychology and modern technology.
