RETREATS

Nourish your soul . . .
An opportunity to spend a quiet, peaceful, contemplative weekend amid beautiful mountainside redwoods. Nourish your soul in an hospitable, warm, loving atmosphere. Your body can relax, your mind quiet, negative emotions evaporate, and your soul sing. Reconnect with nature, and with your own inner essence.
Retreats are held four times a year in an old mansion on Mt. Tamalpais, across the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco. The food is great! — home-cooked, bountiful and nutritious. The retreats begin with a delicious dinner on Friday evening, and continue until just before noon on Sunday. Sleeping arrangements are large rooms containing several single beds, with linens supplied. No cell phones, radios, TV, etc., are permitted.
